During my NYC Blogger Weekend, I had the opportunity to book a complimentary appointment at Dreamdry! I arrived with the other bloggers to the chic and luxurious hair salon and was blown away by their service and omg, the decor! Sleek and modern. It was awesome having the place to ourselves!

DREAMDRY

While waiting for my appointment, I enjoyed a glass of champagne and small talk with the awesome receptionist. When my stylist arrived, she gave me an iPad to swipe through some looks and since I always have my hair curly, I decided to go with a silky straight hairstyle. I absolutely loved her! Can’t believe I forgot her name. We talked bundles and black girl magic.

To be honest, I was a bit wary of styling my extensions so it was very comforting to see so many people of color working there!

MY HAIR RESULTS:

You guys, she did an AMAZING job. My hair was sleeker, shiner and lasted longer. And, you can’t let a fabulous moment like that go by without a boomerang! I posted an epic hair flip on my Instagram and Dreamdry reposted it!

I wanted it to last foreverrrrr. But it only lasted a good two weeks…which was still good. I didn’t want to let it go but it was wash day. You know how that goes lol.

I typically style my hair myself when it comes to straightening or curling but it was a great to not have to worry about the hassle and be treated by Dreamdry. The girls and I loved our hair! Thanks for the love!
